Version 1.0 — Last updated: October 16, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Salud3 ("Salud3", "we", "us" or "our"), collects, uses, shares and protects personal data when you visit salud3.com, noticias.salud3.com or rinconh.com, click a Salud3 short link, or use the Salud3 member area (together, the "Service"). It also explains your rights and how to exercise them.

The English version of this Policy is the official, controlling version. A Spanish translation is provided for convenience only.

1. Who is responsible for your data

The controller (data controller / "responsable del tratamiento") of your personal data is:

Salud3. Contact (email only) for privacy requests: legal@salud3.com

We have not appointed a data protection officer or an EU/UK representative. If we become required to appoint one, we will publish its name and contact details in this Policy.

2. Data we collect

2.1. Members (account holders): - Account data: username, email address, password (stored only in hashed form), name and country if provided, language, account settings, referral relationships (who referred you, whom you referred). - Payment data: the payment method you choose and your payment account identifier (for example your PayPal email), withdrawal history, amounts earned and paid, and tax information or forms if we request them (for example W-9 or W-8BEN). - Activity data: links you create, dates and times, login history, IP address at registration and login, acceptance records of our Terms and Privacy Policy (version, date, time, IP), and communications with us.

2.3. Contact forms: if you contact us, we collect your name, email address and message.

We do not intentionally collect special categories of data (such as health data). Reading a health-related article does not mean we create a health profile about you.

4. How we share data

We do not sell your personal data for money. We share data only with: - Hosting and infrastructure providers (for example our web hosting and content-delivery provider) that store and serve the Service. - Advertising partners that display ads on our websites, such as Adskeeper and, where enabled, Google (AdSense). They may collect technical data and use cookies or similar identifiers to show, measure and personalize ads and to detect fraud, under their own privacy policies. - Payment providers (for example PayPal) to send your payments. - Security and anti-fraud services, and the IP geolocation database we use internally (MaxMind GeoLite2, used locally on our servers). - Authorities, courts or third parties when required by law, to respond to lawful requests, to protect rights, safety and property, or to investigate fraud. - A successor if the Service is transferred, subject to this Policy.

Under U.S. state laws such as the CCPA/CPRA, allowing advertising partners to collect identifiers through cookies on our websites may be considered "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising. You can opt out as described in Section 10.

5. International transfers

We are based in the United States and our providers may process data in the United States and other countries. If you are in the EU/EEA, the UK, Switzerland, Brazil, Argentina, Colombia, Peru, Mexico or another country with transfer rules, your data will be transferred to countries that may not offer the same level of protection. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (and UK equivalents) used by our providers, the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework where a provider is certified, or other lawful mechanisms such as the transfer being necessary to perform our contract with you. You can request more information at legal@salud3.com.

6. Cookies and similar technologies

We and our partners use cookies, local storage and similar technologies to: - keep you signed in and secure the member area (strictly necessary); - remember your language and preferences; - count clicks and views and prevent repeated or fraudulent counting; - display and measure advertising, including personalized advertising where permitted.

Advertising partners (Adskeeper, Google) may place their own cookies. Where required by law (for example in the EU/UK), we ask for your consent before non-essential cookies are used, and you can change your choice at any time. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some features may then not work. To learn more about Google's practices, visit https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites. You can opt out of personalized ads from many companies at https://www.aboutads.info/choices and https://www.youronlinechoices.eu.

7. Data retention

We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described: - Account data: while your account is active and up to 3 years after closure, to handle claims and prevent fraud (for example re-registration of banned users). - Payment and tax records: as long as required by tax and accounting laws (generally up to 7 years). - Click and view logs: detailed logs typically up to 24 months; aggregated statistics may be kept longer in non-identifying form. - Acceptance records: for as long as your account exists and for the limitation period for legal claims afterwards. - Contact messages: up to 2 years. - Inactive accounts: an account with no activity (no login, no link created, no paid visits and no withdrawal request) for 6 consecutive months may be suspended or permanently deleted together with its profile data, as described in Section 15.3 of our Terms and Conditions; records we must keep by law (such as payment, tax and acceptance records and aggregated statistics) are retained as described above.

We may keep data longer where required by law or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal data, such as encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, access restrictions and anti-fraud monitoring. No system is completely secure; you are responsible for keeping your password confidential. If a data breach affects your rights, we will notify you and the authorities where required by law.

9. Children

The Service is not directed to children. Members must be at least 18 (or the age of majority in their country). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13 (or the higher age set by your local law, such as 16 in some EU countries). If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Your rights and how to exercise them

Depending on where you live, you may have the following rights. To exercise them, email legal@salud3.com from the email address on your account (or include enough information for us to identify you). We will respond within the time required by applicable law (for example one month under GDPR, 15 days under LGPD, 20 business days under Mexico's LFPDPPP, 45 days under CCPA), and we may need to verify your identity. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights. You may also use an authorized agent where the law allows.

10.1. EU/EEA, UK and Switzerland (GDPR / UK GDPR / FADP): access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability, objection (including to processing based on legitimate interests and to direct marketing), withdrawal of consent, and the right not to be subject to solely automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects. Our fraud systems may flag traffic automatically, but decisions to close accounts or void earnings can be reviewed by a person on request. You can lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

10.2. Brazil (LGPD): confirmation of processing, access, correction, anonymization, blocking or deletion of unnecessary or excessive data, portability, information about sharing, information about the possibility of not giving consent and its consequences, withdrawal of consent, review of automated decisions, and the right to petition the ANPD.

10.3. Mexico (LFPDPPP — ARCO rights): Access, Rectification, Cancellation and Opposition, as well as revoking consent and limiting use or disclosure. Send your ARCO request to legal@salud3.com including your name, email, a description of the data and the right you wish to exercise, and a copy of an identification document if we cannot otherwise verify you. You may also contact the competent Mexican data protection authority.

10.4. Argentina (Law 25,326): access (free of charge at intervals of not less than six months unless a legitimate interest is shown), rectification, updating and deletion. The Agency of Access to Public Information (AAIP), as the control body of Law 25,326, handles complaints regarding non-compliance with personal data protection rules.

10.5. Colombia (Law 1581 of 2012), Chile (Law 19,628 and its amendments), Peru (Law 29733) and other Latin American countries: know, access, update, rectify, delete and oppose the processing of your data, revoke consent, and file complaints with your local authority (for example the SIC in Colombia or the ANPD in Peru).

10.6. California and other U.S. states (CCPA/CPRA and similar laws): know what personal information we collect, use, disclose, "sell" or "share"; access and receive a copy; correct; delete; opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information and of targeted advertising; limit the use of sensitive personal information (we do not use it for purposes requiring this right); and not be discriminated against. We do not sell personal information for money. To opt out of "sharing" for targeted advertising, email legal@salud3.com with the subject "Do Not Share" and use your browser's Global Privacy Control signal, which we treat as an opt-out request where required. In the last 12 months we collected the categories described in Section 2 (identifiers, commercial information about earnings and payments, internet activity, approximate geolocation, inferences about traffic validity) for the purposes in Section 3, and disclosed them to the categories of recipients in Section 4.

11. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the new version with a new version number and "Last updated" date and, for material changes, notify Members by email or in the member area before they take effect where required by law.
