Version 1.0 — Last updated: October 16, 2026
These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Salud3 ("Salud3", "we", "us" or "our"). They govern your use of salud3.com, noticias.salud3.com, rinconh.com, the Salud3 member area, our short links and any related services (together, the "Service").
By creating an account, ticking the acceptance box, or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The English version of these Terms is the official, controlling version. A Spanish translation is provided for convenience only (see Section 25).
Salud3 is a paid-to-share platform. Registered members ("Members") can generate tracked short links that point to news and informational articles published on our own websites (currently salud3.com, noticias.salud3.com and rinconh.com). When a Member shares a link and a real person views the article through it, the Member may earn a payment for each valid view, as described in these Terms. Our websites display third-party advertising, which is how the Service is funded.
2.1. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your country of residence if it is higher, and legally able to enter into a binding contract.
2.2. The Service is void where prohibited. You may not use the Service if doing so would violate any law that applies to you.
2.3. You may not use the Service, and we may not pay you, if you are located in, ordinarily resident in, or a national of a country or region subject to comprehensive United States sanctions or embargoes, or if you appear on any United States government restricted-party list (for example, the U.S. Treasury OFAC Specially Designated Nationals list), or if paying you would otherwise violate applicable sanctions or export-control laws. We may request information to verify your location and identity and may suspend payments until we can do so.
2.4. You are responsible for making sure that participating in the Service, receiving payments and the way you share links are lawful where you live.
3.1. One account per person. Each person may hold only one account. Duplicate, shared, bought, sold or transferred accounts are prohibited, as are accounts created for someone else. Multiple accounts using the same person, device, payment account or household to inflate earnings or referral commissions may be closed and their earnings voided.
3.2. Accurate information. You must provide true, current and complete information (including your name, email address, country and payment details) and keep it up to date. We may ask you to verify your identity, location or payment account before paying you.
3.3. Security. You are responsible for keeping your password and login confidential and for all activity on your account. Tell us immediately at legal@salud3.com if you suspect unauthorized access. We are not liable for losses caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure.
3.4. You may not use automated means to create accounts or to access the member area.
4.1. Valid views. You earn only for views that we determine, in our reasonable judgment, to be made by a real, unique human visitor who voluntarily clicked your link, viewed the destination page with advertising displayed normally, and complied with these Terms. Views that do not meet these criteria (for example: repeated views from the same visitor within our counting window, views from bots, crawlers or data centers, views with ad blockers, views we identify as invalid or suspicious, or views from countries or sources we do not monetize) may be counted at a reduced rate or not counted at all.
4.2. Rates. Rates are expressed per 1,000 valid views ("CPM"). They may depend on your member level and may also vary by the visitor's country, device, traffic quality and advertiser demand. You reach a level when the paid views of your account in a single calendar month (America/Havana time) reach its threshold; the higher rate applies from the next valid view and is not applied retroactively. Once reached, a level is kept and does not go down or reset, unless we change or discontinue the level program under these Terms. The current levels, thresholds and rates are shown in the member area. Current rates are published on our payout rates page and in the member area. Rates are not guaranteed and may change at any time, including without prior notice; changes apply from the time they are published and do not reduce earnings already validated. Any average figure we mention is illustrative only and is not a promise of future earnings.
4.3. Estimates until validated. Earnings displayed in your dashboard are estimates and remain provisional until they have been reviewed and validated. Validation may include checks with our advertising partners. We may adjust estimated earnings up or down after review, including where an advertising partner does not pay us for traffic or reverses payment for it.
4.4. No guarantee of income. Salud3 does not guarantee any level of traffic, views or earnings. Your results depend on many factors outside our control.
You are solely responsible for how, where and to whom you share your links. When promoting your links you must:
5.1. Comply with all platform rules. Follow the terms, community standards and advertising policies of every platform where you post (including Facebook and Facebook Groups, Instagram, WhatsApp, X, TikTok, YouTube, Telegram, messaging apps and any website), as well as the rules set by group administrators. We are not responsible if a platform removes your posts, restricts or bans your account or group.
5.2. Not spam. Do not send unsolicited messages, mass or repetitive posts, comment spam, tag people who did not ask to be tagged, post in groups where links are not allowed, or use automated posting tools that violate platform rules.
5.3. Not generate invalid traffic. It is strictly prohibited to: - click your own links, or ask, pay, reward or incentivize anyone to click, view or refresh them (including "click for click", "view for view", contests, giveaways or paid-to-click schemes); - use bots, scripts, crawlers, auto-refreshers, emulators, click farms or any automated or non-human traffic; - use VPNs, proxies, Tor, data centers, IP rotation, device or location spoofing, or any method to disguise the origin of traffic or simulate different visitors; - use traffic exchanges, autosurf, pop-unders, hidden frames, forced redirects or any method that loads our pages without the visitor's knowledge or genuine intention; - buy traffic or use paid advertising to send traffic to your links unless we have authorized it in writing; - interfere with, block or modify the ads, the counter or any part of our pages.
5.4. Not mislead. Captions, titles, images and descriptions you use must honestly reflect the content of the article. Do not use clickbait that misrepresents the article, fake news, false claims of prizes, money or giveaways, impersonation of people, brands or authorities, or content suggesting that Salud3 or any platform endorses you.
5.5. Not post prohibited content. Do not place links next to or within content that is illegal, sexually explicit, violent, hateful, harassing, defamatory, infringing, or harmful to minors, or that promotes self-harm, weapons, drugs or scams.
5.6. Respect the law. Comply with all applicable laws, including consumer-protection, anti-spam, advertising-disclosure and privacy laws. Where required by law or platform rules, disclose that you may earn money when people click your links.
6.1. We use automated systems and manual review to detect invalid traffic and abuse. Our determination of whether traffic is valid is final, to the extent permitted by law. For security reasons we are not obliged to disclose our detection methods or the specific data behind a decision.
6.2. If we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms, generated invalid traffic, provided false information or acted fraudulently, we may, without prior notice and to the extent permitted by law: (a) withhold earnings while we investigate; (b) reduce, reverse or void earnings related to the breach, including earnings already validated but not yet paid; (c) void referral commissions connected to the breach; (d) cancel pending withdrawals; (e) suspend or permanently close your account and any related accounts; and (f) report illegal activity to the authorities or affected platforms.
6.3. If invalid activity is discovered after a payment has been made, we may offset the amount against your future earnings or request its return, where permitted by law.
6.4. If you believe a decision was a mistake, contact us within 30 days at legal@salud3.com and explain why. We will review your request in good faith.
7.1. Minimum. You may request a withdrawal once your validated balance reaches the minimum shown in your account, currently US$10.00. Some payment methods may have a different minimum, which is displayed when you request a withdrawal.
7.2. Methods. Payments are currently made only through PayPal, to the PayPal account you add in your profile. Payments are made using the methods available in your member area at the time of the request, which may change. You are responsible for providing correct payment details; we are not responsible for payments sent to incorrect details you provided. Availability of a method may depend on your country and on sanctions and compliance rules.
7.3. Timing. We aim to process approved withdrawal requests within the time shown in your account (currently up to 1 business day after approval), but processing can take longer because of validation, compliance checks, holidays or issues with payment providers. Requests may be reviewed before approval.
7.4. Fees and currency. Balances are calculated and paid in United States dollars (USD). Fees charged by payment providers, banks or currency conversion are your responsibility unless we state otherwise. Exchange rates are set by the payment provider.
7.5. Inactive and unclaimed balances. If your account has had no login and no valid earnings for 12 consecutive months, we will try to contact you at your account email. If you do not respond or request a withdrawal within 60 days of that notice, we may close the account. Balances below the minimum on a closed inactive account may be forfeited, and any amount that by law must be held or reported as unclaimed property will be handled as required by law.
7.6. Taxes and independent status. You participate as an independent contractor, not as an employee, partner, agent or joint venturer of Salud3. You are solely responsible for declaring and paying any taxes, contributions or duties on amounts you receive. We may request tax information or forms (for example IRS Form W-9 for U.S. persons or Form W-8BEN for non-U.S. persons) and may withhold payments until we receive them or withhold taxes where required by law.
7.7. Errors. If we pay you more than you were owed by mistake, we may deduct the excess from future earnings or ask you to return it.
8.1. If the referral program is active, you may invite new Members using your personal referral link and earn a commission equal to the percentage shown in your account (currently 10%) of the validated earnings of the Members you refer, for as long as the program and their accounts remain active. The commission is paid by Salud3 and does not reduce your referrals' earnings.
8.2. Commissions are calculated only on validated earnings. If a referral's earnings are reduced or voided, the related commission is reduced or voided too.
8.3. You may not refer yourself, create accounts for others, use misleading claims (for example promising guaranteed income), spam referral links or offer incentives to sign up unless we have approved them in writing.
8.4. We may change the commission rate or end the referral program at any time; commissions already validated before the change are not affected.
9.1. The Service, our websites, articles, images, logos, the Salud3 name and all related software and content are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to share your Salud3 links together with the title, summary and preview image we provide, solely to promote the articles in accordance with these Terms.
9.2. You may not copy, republish, scrape, frame, translate, sell or modify our articles or any other content, or remove copyright notices, without our prior written permission.
9.3. If you send us suggestions or feedback, we may use them freely without any obligation to you.
9.4. If you believe content on our websites infringes your rights, please see our DMCA page or contact us at legal@salud3.com.
Articles published on our websites are for general information and entertainment only. They are not medical, health, nutritional, psychological, legal, financial or other professional advice and must not be used as a substitute for advice from a qualified professional. Always consult a doctor or other qualified professional about your specific situation, and in an emergency contact your local emergency services. While we try to keep content accurate and up to date, we do not guarantee that it is complete, correct or current.
Our pages display advertising served by third parties (for example Adskeeper and, where enabled, Google AdSense) and may contain links to third-party websites. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE OR SECURE, THAT TRACKING WILL BE ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY PARTICULAR LEVEL OF EARNINGS WILL BE ACHIEVED. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES, SO SOME OF THESE EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
13.1. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SALUD3 WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL OR SOCIAL-MEDIA ACCOUNTS OR GROUPS, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
13.2. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) THE VALIDATED EARNINGS WE PAID OR OWE YOU IN THE 6 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) US$50.
13.3. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law, such as liability for fraud, gross negligence, willful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your statutory rights as a consumer.
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Salud3 and its operator from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, fines and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of: (a) the way you share or promote links; (b) your breach of these Terms or of any platform's rules; (c) your violation of any law or third-party right; or (d) content you post.
15.1. By you. You may stop using the Service and request closure of your account at any time by contacting us. Validated earnings that meet the minimum at closure will be paid in accordance with Section 7, unless they are subject to Section 6.
15.2. By us. We may suspend or terminate your account or access to the Service, or discontinue the Service in whole or in part, at any time: immediately in case of breach of these Terms, fraud, legal risk or a request from authorities; or with at least 30 days' notice for any other reason. If we close your account for reasons other than your breach, we will pay validated earnings that meet the payment-method minimum.
15.3. Inactive accounts. An account is considered inactive when, for 6 consecutive months, there has been no activity on it, meaning no login to the member area, no link created, no paid visit recorded on its links and no withdrawal request. Notwithstanding Sections 15.1 and 15.2, we may suspend or permanently delete an inactive account, including its profile data, without further notice. Any unpaid balance (including publisher and referral earnings) held by an account deleted for inactivity is forfeited and will not be paid. Links created by the account may be kept, reassigned to us and redirected to our own websites so that they do not become broken links. We may, but are not required to, send a notice to the account's email address before taking action. You can avoid this simply by logging in or otherwise using your account at least once every 6 months.
15.4. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 6, 7.6, 9 to 14, and 17 to 25) survive.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new version number and "Last updated" date and, for material changes, give you at least 15 days' notice by email, a notice in the member area or on our websites, before they take effect, unless the change is required by law or relates to fraud prevention or security, in which case it may take effect immediately. If you continue to use the Service after the changes take effect, you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service and may close your account.
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or to the Service are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, and applicable U.S. federal law, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. However, if you are a consumer, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory provisions of the laws of your country of residence that cannot be waived by contract.
18.1. Informal resolution first. Before starting any formal proceeding, you agree to contact us at legal@salud3.com with a description of the dispute and the relief requested, and to try in good faith to resolve it informally for at least 30 days. We will do the same before starting a proceeding against you.
18.2. Individual arbitration (where permitted). If the dispute is not resolved informally, and to the extent permitted by the law applicable to you, any dispute will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its applicable rules (including, where applicable, its Consumer Arbitration Rules), conducted in English, online or by telephone where possible, or otherwise in Miami-Dade County, Florida. The arbitrator may award the same individual relief a court could award. The Federal Arbitration Act governs this Section.
18.3. Small claims. Either party may instead bring an individual claim in a small-claims court with jurisdiction, if the claim qualifies.
18.4. Class-action waiver (where permitted). To the extent permitted by applicable law, disputes will be resolved only on an individual basis and not as a plaintiff or class member in any class, collective or representative action, and the arbitrator may not consolidate claims of different people.
18.5. Courts. For any dispute that is not subject to arbitration, or if this arbitration agreement is found unenforceable, the state and federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, will have exclusive jurisdiction, and both parties consent to it, except as provided in Section 18.6.
18.6. Consumers outside the United States. If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Brazil, or any country in Latin America or elsewhere whose law does not allow pre-dispute arbitration agreements, class-action waivers or a foreign forum to be imposed on consumers, then Sections 18.2, 18.4 and 18.5 do not apply to you to that extent; you may bring a claim before the competent courts of your place of residence and use any consumer-protection authority, alternative dispute-resolution body or out-of-court mechanism available to you under your local law.
18.7. Time limit. To the extent permitted by law, any claim must be brought within one (1) year after the claim arose; otherwise it is permanently barred.
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, it will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, the Privacy Policy and any rules, rates or instructions published in the member area form the entire agreement between you and Salud3 regarding the Service and replace any prior agreements on the same subject.
You may not assign or transfer your account or your rights or obligations under these Terms without our written consent. We may assign these Terms, in whole or in part, including in connection with a transfer of the Service, provided your rights under these Terms are not reduced.
We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, epidemics, war, terrorism, civil unrest, government action, sanctions, power or internet failures, hosting or payment-provider outages, cyberattacks, or changes by advertising networks or social platforms.
Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later. We may send you notices by email to the address on your account or by posting them in the member area; legal notices to us must be sent by email to legal@salud3.com.
You agree that ticking the acceptance box or clicking an acceptance button constitutes your electronic signature and acceptance of these Terms. We keep a record of the version you accepted, the date and time, your account identifier and the IP address used, as proof of acceptance.
These Terms are written in English. Any translation (including the Spanish version) is provided for convenience only. In case of any conflict or inconsistency between the English version and a translation, the English version prevails, except where the law of your country requires otherwise.
